At the Goal Football Academy we live and breath the beautiful game, and we love helping children be the best they can be in life and football.
The idea for the academy was born from us having coached in the city for a number of years. We knew that something more was needed to help those children in Rotorua and its surrounding areas who want to take their passion for football and become elite youth footballers.
More than that though, we also struggled with the notion that we could not find an environment that really mentored children about how to be better people through sport.
This lack of options meant that we decided to do something about it.
And so…here we are.
Our mission is three fold:
To help maximise the potential, in life and sport, of every child we train.
To create an environment that develops elite footballers who can follow their sporting dreams.
To grow the game within Rotorua.
We are constantly studying and improving to try and provide the best place for your child to develop, be inspired and to have fun.
